Raining New

Rain is symbolic of the new. Rain is a blessing after a drought. It is a symbol of God’s love. I prefer to look at rainy days as God washing away the old and raining in wonderful new things on the earth and in our lives. When we see it raining unusually for a specific amount of time I believe it is God at work. I believe that there is a shift taking place in the spiritual realm. In the Bible rain represents the Holy Spirit. God’s purposes for rain are for refreshing, empowering and for restoration. Spiritually rain portends great blessings and open doors for God’s children. Rain converts our tears of sorrow and saddness to tears of joy. God is answering our prayers during our season of rain. The seeds that we have sown are growing because of God’s holy rain so that we can reap a good harvest.

Leviticus 26:4 states ” I will send you rain in its season and the ground will yield its crops and the trees their fruit”. That’s awesome news for you and for me. Rain relates to radical healing ( physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually), abundance, overflow and fruitfulness. It brings about total transformation and the restoration that we have been declaring and decreeing in our atmosphere for this season in our lives. So next time you begin to feel discomfort because of so much rain remember that spiritually God is allowing the rain because he is raining in the new. Great things are beginning.

Hi everyone. I'm Nekitta Sutton. I've experienced major disappointments, setbacks and losses in life. During those times I had to hold on to my faith and find strength to continue on. Through the trials and sufferings I realized that I was more than a conqueror, I was a survivor. I began to gain knowledge and grow as a person by activating my faith and reading God's word. My hopes are to encourage the masses so that you will be able to regain control over your life and start living again as well. It takes a lot of work and can sometimes be painful but I do know that it's possible and well worth it.
