My Conqueror

I-am-a-conqueror

A conqueror is something or someone who conquers a place or a people. It describes a winner, a champion, someone who is victorious. A conqueror overcomes an adversary or their opponent. A conqueror overcomes their situations, their circumstances; that very thing that’s trying to keep them in captivity, in bondage, shackled and bound. A conqueror posses specific characteristics and personality traits that makes them stand out from all the rest. You can not speak like a conqueror and act like a loser and a victim. A conqueror must have the right mindset. You have to think like a winner, champion and a victor. Negative thinking has no place in the mind of a conqueror. You must also believe in your heart that no matter what you are going through it will get better. That you will have the victory. You have to believe that God will help you to get through it and to get over it. Thirdly you have to declare out of your mouth that you are a conqueror. That you are an overcomer. That you are a survivor. You have to get your mind and heart on one accord because out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. Remember that LOVE is the driving powerful force behind it all. You must know that without love nothing is possible. You have to learn to love yourself, love others and most importantly love God. In order to gain a conqueror spirit and attitude you have to learn to love like Christ. A conqueror posses a love within their hearts that overrule wickedness and evilness. Champions have faith that can move mountains as mentioned in 1 Corinthians 13; however, faith without love means nothing which is also mentioned in 1 Corinthians 13. One thing that I am learning on my journey of healing and recovery is that I need love in everything that I do. I need love from my husband, my children, my friends, my church community and my family. In order to win over my problems, circumstances and situations, in order to declare a win and walk in victory, in order to be more than a conqueror but to be an overcomer…..I must open my soul to give and to receive love….and you must do the same!!!! So YES……IT’S TRUE…..LOVE CONQUERS ALL!!!!!

Hi everyone. I'm Nekitta Sutton. I've experienced major disappointments, setbacks and losses in life. During those times I had to hold on to my faith and find strength to continue on. Through the trials and sufferings I realized that I was more than a conqueror, I was a survivor. I began to gain knowledge and grow as a person by activating my faith and reading God's word. My hopes are to encourage the masses so that you will be able to regain control over your life and start living again as well. It takes a lot of work and can sometimes be painful but I do know that it's possible and well worth it.
